Welcome. WeeklyHi is a small app that helps you stay in touch — you pick photos, choose who gets each one, and once a week they get an email. By using WeeklyHi, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Accounts are created by us for now. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
What you upload
You're responsible for the photos and captions you send. Only upload and send content you have the right to share — including the consent of the people in the photos. Family photos are a big part of why this exists, and that includes kids: don't share a photo of anyone, especially a minor, unless you have permission from the right person.
Don't upload or send anything that's illegal, or that harasses, threatens, or exploits others. Don't try to break the service, spam people, or impersonate someone.
Emailing people
Only send to people who'd welcome your emails. They can unsubscribe any time, and we'll honor that. If an address bounces or complains, we may stop sending to it.
The service
WeeklyHi is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it up and running, but we can't promise it will be perfect or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for how you use it — including photos you send to others.
Ending things
We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to close yours any time, and we'll delete your data on request (see the Privacy Policy).
Changes
We may update these terms or the Privacy Policy as the product changes, and we'll bump the "Last updated" date when we do.
